Pros

Some very talented people who genuinely care!

Cons

Complete chaos. Lots of "heroes," not enough people who want to follow scalable processes. 401(k) match is a joke. Current uncertainty has been going on for 6 months. Despite the looming fear of layoffs and need to cut costs, the company kept things like in-office manicures and haircuts, still allowed expensive trips, and kept up the rampant drinking culture. Truly homogeneous group of people working here. The upper levels are mostly to entirely male, and almost any meeting is 90% male if the topic being discussed is important.
