      Amazing people in the teams, fun work environment with beautiful buildings

      Cons

      Terrible management in the UK market from Community Directors. Little interest in welfare of staff, working long hours with little back. Hopefully a change coming with the current situation with the company!

      Cheap health insurance, big company events (not sure if they do this anymore due to the fact the company is going through some trouble). You get a nice and new computer to work with.

      Cons

      You’ll never be recognized or move up here. If you are looking for a job right out of college then take it. Easy. Simple. Not a ton of thinking used to do this job. Nepotism at its finest here. They spend money like crazy even though the building I worked at was completely empty. The “managers” are just people who have worked there since the beginning but aren’t good managers. The people that work here and look happy just drink the WeWork Koolaid. If you have a brain, you start to realize quickly that WeWork isn’t going anywhere. Hence, why they just remove the CEO.
