Pros

Great experience into what it’s like working for a corporation

Cons

Very exclusive. If you aren’t apart of the in group then you’re out. Puts on a facade that it’s one happy family but that’s not the case. There is so much gossip it’s like you’re back in high school. When it comes down to it you’re a front desk receptionist and it’s not worth it.

Pros

At this point many of the pros have evaporated with the cataclysmic implosion of the IPO over the summer. With several changes in management, the only pro might be that with the new leadership, there may be an opportunity to salvage the company and make it a profitable stalwart in the industry.

Cons

There's absolutely no transparency and it's anyone's guess what SoftBank's true intentions if the company is able to become profitable. Morale is incredibly low, but posts on social media platforms show a host of people putting on a brave face. There's little opportunity for advancement for people of color and improving diversity is not a priority for leadership.
