      -flexible hours -smart and fun coworkers -many many happy hours -free drinks and coffee -global access to WeWork locations

      -lack of leadership -overwhelming nepotism -lack of training -poor communication -no accountability

      Pros

      Benefits begin Day 1, solid work/life balance, decent PTO, solid paid sick time, 4 month paternal leave, flexibility. One of the funnest, most upbeat companies I have ever worked for. The Northwest region of the company seems to be the best run region in the US with the coolest employees and leaders.

      Cons

      Promises of growth broken, no certified training, buildings seem to run too lean and teams stretched too thin, no raises or bonuses while I was employed for over a year. Unless you are part of the "community team" you are set to the side, not thought of as a core. Senior management in New York has no idea what they are doing. Company grew too fast for its own good. Too ambitious, needs to be more humble.

      The employees that work for wework's community team (Community Managers, Leads, and Associates) are all truly unique, kind, and generous people.

      Cons

      The stresses from not having enough support from internal teams or resources makes the job less manageable.
