Pros

- great training program - great colleagues - consistent exposure to many companies and contacts - some growth opportunities

Cons

- Insane working hours (10-12 hours) to keep up with base workload. More if you want to get ahead. Additional 2-3 hours every Monday evening for team meeting is expected and unpaid. Say goodbye to any social life or relationships you once had. - Below average pay and minimal benefits - Disorganised People team, so growth will not always go as planned.

Pros

Focus on quality of people's experience. Inclusive and supportive. Some strong engineering minds and exciting problems.

Cons

Trying to tackle too much at times. Needs more focus on outcomes.
