Great benefits, company provided laptop, 401k matching

Cons

Very strict on not working remotely even in higher level positions, company culture has essentially dissolved, pay between people in the same position is drastically different

Poor Management, undervalued and going downhill

Great staff Access to all WeWork buildings

Cons

A lot of restructuring over the last few years had led to lean teams The product is suffering and is falling behind Salaries have reduced and staff morale is at an ultimate low Plenty of managers in positions that they have acquired through tenure and not performance All rewards have been cut, including healthcare It's lost it's spark
