Pros

Team focus - everyone works together to help each other Fast decisions - you're empowered to move fast as a leader with limited red tape. Mission - to change the world is nascent but really starting Career, Growth - lots of opportunities and the limit depends on you.

Cons

Startup - the processes and support are just not as polished as a MSFT or AMZN. Change - this is either a pro or con, but change is constant.
