Pros

Learned about financial planning for the layman, with easier access to accounts and decent planning software and Salesforce to find most information stored online.

Cons

Financial planners spent most of their time out of the office and didn’t communicate their needs well. They were in a transition period when I was there, with information stored on too many platforms and no clear procedure for getting everything into Saleforce.

Good Company, Not Competitive Wages

Pros

I love the people our executive team and working for a growing company. You're always busy and there is the opportunity to grow.

Cons

Pay is not competitive and that tends to lead people to feel unhappy in their roles. While there is a lot of room to grow, it's usually unpaid and takes many years to earn a promotion.
