The people in our local office are great to work with

Cons

Communications with corporate teams are frustrating to say the least. Too focused on growth and not putting near enough effort into fixing their own systems and processes. Corporate teams seem to lack accountability and responsibility when the local offices reach out for help.

A little clicky. Pay should be higher.. too many meetings. Employees not listened to.. Reign in sales staff.
