Pros

Collaborative & supportive culture, growth opportunities, strong benefits (gym reimbursement, paid volunteer hours, generous leave of absence & competitive insurance packages, etc), work remotely yet never feel isolated, and amazing members! Diversity and inclusion have been improving year over year - female CEO, lots of women in executive/leadership roles, and more diversity overall. Proud to provide Estate Planning attorneys with the tools to support their clients. Great company to work for.

Cons

The fast-paced work environment is not for everyone. Need to be able to pivot be flexible, and comfortable with change. That works for me, but is not a good fit for everyone.
