      None! Take advice from the negative reviews about this company and skip this place.

      Cons

      The insurance is expensive, small company, they don't care about their employees, they don't work with you, ran by Mormons who don't care about you, employees are back stabbers

      Pros

      I've had development opportunities over the last four years working for WealthCounsel. My director is a great mentor and I feel valued not only as an employee but an individual. The company has solid goals and does it's best to empower all employees to contribute in their individual departments. I feel empowered to work at WealthCounsel, knowing that my efforts are valued.

      Cons

      Virtual environment and communication together can be tricky at times.

      Collaborative, virtual work environment with great employee benefits. Small company with opportunities for growth and development. Employees cross-train into different departments take on management rolls.

      Cons

      While working virtually can be a positive, it also creates communication and collaboration constraints.
