Pros

Like many early-stage startups, Weavegrid has its share of growing pains. At times, the work can seem insurmountable for a team that feels lean. Additionally, our internal processes could use some refinement. But, recognizing these challenges and actively working to improve them merely marks them as opportunities for growth rather than insurmountable barriers. Most people here had many other opportunities to work elsewhere (probably for more money), but chose to work here. That fact alone makes working here so much better than any other place I've worked at. It's just easier to assume someone has good intention on that seemingly snarky PR comment, or vaguely aggressive Slack message. Hybrid work is also nice. In essence, while Weavegrid has challenges inherent to an early-stage startup, the overall experience here is remarkably fulfilling. It's a work environment that inspires growth and innovation.

Cons

I mentioned most of it above already.
