Pros

My story is simple - I was a new web developer right out of college and this place was the one that picked me up as a rookie. All said and done, the day to day was pretty good. Decent benefits, great dev team, and nice environment. ( To be fair, it was a standard office where people worked in cubicles but they were open air nice ones so I didn't mind ) I worked really hard here and was rewarded. This is the greatest compliment that I'd say anyone can give to a company. With pay, with promotions, with projects I wanted to work on. The CEO and Production Manager let me spread my wings and fly. I started as a simple web developer who made web sites for clients. I knew very little about code. By the time I left I was a full stack developer who was able to apply for jobs beyond my own degree. I will always be thankful for the support the CEO showed me and for the guidance the Production Manager. This place is excellent, especially if you are just starting out.

Cons

So to be clear, I'm going to list what I think is a downside for many, but since I came here a a fresh developer I didn't think anything of it. While I was here Developers were one many armies. They took a project from the ground up, start to finish. A single Dev will do Client Communication ( after sales ), Design, Programming, and Launch. If you're looking to "stay in your lane" and be on a Dev Team that works exclusively on a codebase, this place might not be for you. Its a small company, you will be involved in every aspect of building the sites and working with proprietary software. I don't know if any of that has changed at the time of this writing. Maybe the company has grown. I should note - I didn't leave here because I disliked working here. I left due to personal reasons.
