So to be clear, I'm going to list what I think is a downside for many, but since I came here a a fresh developer I didn't think anything of it.
While I was here Developers were one many armies. They took a project from the ground up, start to finish. A single Dev will do Client Communication ( after sales ), Design, Programming, and Launch.
If you're looking to "stay in your lane" and be on a Dev Team that works exclusively on a codebase, this place might not be for you. Its a small company, you will be involved in every aspect of building the sites and working with proprietary software.
I don't know if any of that has changed at the time of this writing. Maybe the company has grown.
I should note - I didn't leave here because I disliked working here. I left due to personal reasons.
