Work/Life balance, lots of activities for employees, social hour on Thursday, matching 401K, nice office space - if you want flexibility and a relaxed atmosphere this is a great place to work!

Cons

Technology is slow - features are slow to market, lots of unilateral decision making, people at the top don't know or understand the customers or the market

Pros

Great environment and open leadership. All of the departmental employees are also very friendly and intelligent.

Cons

There is a tendency to fall behind so to speak in terms of movement upwards. It seems as if it is more difficult to get a promotion than in other companies.

Little guidance or oversight by small team of senior management. A case where the inexperienced lower ranking managers are making poor and rash decisions on the company direction.
