I love being a consultant to my clients who have all been great partners to work with (something that WebFX prioritizes in their sales process) Bonus opportunities when I sell additional services to my clients. Very supportive leadership team
Cons
I think some will join WebFX enamored by the fun and vibrant culture but not expecting the hard work we put into doing our best work for our clients. So I've seen some people leave within their first year bc of this who likely could have succeeded, just had a disconnect in expectations likely.
