      Good pay Some good people Fairly relaxed day-to-day

      Cons

      The management act like if you're not busy every second of every day, you're skivving They undercut evals for petty personal reasons They don't value hard quantitative results and instead base every interaction and eval on how they feel about you that day They hold petty, unprofessional and unfounded grudges
