1. Strictly 9-5pm 2. Remote work 3. People

Cons

1. The low pay + poor benefits. Need 3 years to vest your 401k which matches 25 cents to a dollar 2. Making you commute from NYC to NJ when you were promised a NYC location 3. Old tech infrastructure 4. Overly complex, too many processes with things that don't make sense 5. Not much investment in their culture to make it a place one would like to work at

Call center setup is not for everyone. You do have to meet a quota to keep up with productivity, so that is a major thing all supervisors keep a look out for
