      Pros

      People make this company unique. Great benefits, work-life balance. Management is interested to keep employees equipped with everything they need ( training, corporate business card, latest laptop, iPad - you name it).

      Cons

      New management brought a lot of distress and confusion where lots of people ended up being laid off for no reason. Business decision sounds strange to me if in few months you have the same openings available for hire.
