Compensation is absolutely bottom of the market

despite promises to convert me to FT, WebMD kept me on contract until it would have been a violation of employment law; despite overwhelmingly positive performance reviews and materially contributing to the $ucce$$ of our clients, exceeding quotas, etc., neither promised bonuses nor salary raises resulted; corporate boasted of their enormous profits in this period and yet excused their failures of integrity on the fact that *they* had fallen short of *their own projections* ... also, diversity is appallingly absent
