Pros

Honestly, none. I’m shocked they even gave a mandatory lunch break, I’ll go with that as my “pro”.

Cons

THIS IS A CALL CENTER JOB! Do not be fooled with how the job posting sounds, they failed to leave that huge detail out!!! Terrible pay. Terrible working hours - operates only in PST. Laughable management/leadership. Incredibly demanding. They base everything on productivity numbers. Zero flexibility with schedule - you’re lucky if you can step away to eat a snack for 10 minutes. Quantity was more important than quality when it came to coaching calls. Have to be connected to Ethernet to make calls - not WiFi. MANDATORY 20+ hours of overtime per month. This position was awful - I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
