Experience can be good or horrible depending on manager. There is a vertical in the company that is highly toxic.

Pros

Pros depend on the team you get,if you get a proper functional team,it's chill and good work life balance but if you place in this one particular vertical handled by a particular person it could be pretty toxic.

Cons

No work life balance if placed in a certain vertical. Company is reluctant to give promotions even if you highly exceed expectations.
