Pros
Lots of smart people, and real institutional emphases on teamwork across groups. Generally warm and positive corporate culture.
Cons
Management tends to change priorities very rapidly and frequently fails to properly allocate time and resources for high profile projects. Some departments also have super high turnover, which contributes to the general chaos.
