Pros

The remote work environment is nice and flexible.

Cons

A lot of very questionable decisions made by upper management leading to unfavorable outcomes. Low performing, but high "fluff" employees get promoted, while those who are pushing channels to new highs each month are shelved and then laid off. Favoritism does not belong in business, decisions need to be result/data based.
