Great for millenials, not for a career

Pros

casual dress code, lots of alcohol flowing, centrally located downtown, start up tech company type feel, a lot of freedom if you are able to self manage, great workplace for millenials

Cons

Poor management, high turnover. Lack of accountability for underperformers, Definitely a high school environment where those in the "in crowd" have the opportunity to advance. Definitely a relationship based environment, but too many decisions made based on relationships, not on business sense. Parking is a challenge. No 401-k matching, benefits arent that great, and payscale has improved over the years - but still isn't meeting market demands. Lots of Management leaving lately - have to wonder why.

Pros

- The people are 100% the best part. I've had plenty of jobs where the employees describe their team as being like a family, but I have never found that description to be quite as accurate as it is at WebPT. - The environment is casual and individuality is encouraged, but don't let that fool you into thinking you're not going to work. There's a definite "work hard, play hard" mentality. - If you're a team player, innovative and aren't shy about getting your hands dirty, you will certainly advance at this company. It's a great entrance point if you're looking to get into the software industry and/or hone your tech skills.

Cons

- The company is pulling in new clients at a huge rate and they've been struggling to satisfy the staffing requirements to meet the growing demand. - The product itself, while improving steadily, could use some updating. - As stated in other reviews, the pay is a bit lower than the industry standard for many positions.

Pros

Atmosphere is alive and electric Loyalty, hard work and passion are rewarded Change is inevitable and growth is constant I have learned so much working at WebPT. If you are open to learning, WebPT is ready to teach. My boss is out of this world amazing! She is professional, trusting, kind and compassionate.

Cons

Pay wages need to come up to standard for some of the departments. Some departments pay well, while other's do not. Communication continues to need to improve, but I do have to say it is getting better and better.
