      Pros

      *Unlimited PTO is legit depending on the team you are on. The team I was on unfortunately didn’t fully encourage using it, as you were expected to still work on PTO. *Pay can be decent

      Cons

      *There is a good chance you’ll be overworked, as most teams run thin. This is especially true after the two layoff rounds last year. Usually one person is expected to do the job of 3-4 people.

      - easy to get the job - flexible pto - friendly work environment - good for short term employment

      Cons

      - it takes 3-4 months to get complete commission pay for each month - challenging to meet/exceed quota because of company/product flaws - no tools provided to sales agents - no room for growth - department head out of touch w/ product/company rep - product is extremely niched in a relatively small industry - no real training or onboarding process -base salary is for too small

      decent bonus amount for the right job level for the most part, great work culture ... except for when it got in the way of doing the right thing for the business

      Cons

      unfocused the further up the management chain you went, the more you found somebody over-confidently doing things the wrong way that worked for them 10 or even 20 years ago, and didn't scale to modern software development practices
