Pros
The overall culture and people you work with. There is no micromanagement so it makes working those extra hours more rewarding since it's not really expected. Being able to work with new things and the management is stellar since they pay attention to the ideas you put on the table.
Cons
The drive? I don't really have anything to complain about working here except that it's about 20 miles from where I live.

Pros
- Leaders regularly listen and act on employee feedback, including negative feedback - Mostly casual work environment, smart casual recommended - Insight into how your work affects the company - Teams have significant (though not complete) independence - Highly collaborative environment; you'll rarely (if ever) get stuck alone on a long-running project - Increasing process automation - Success and people take priority over formality - Good role models for developers of any gender or ethnicity - Chance to have a positive impact on thousands of people using WebPT's systems - Departmental happy hours and other fun events - Ergonomic accommodations by request - Near CityScape (lots of great restaurants), light rail, and Phoenix Convention Center - Lots of interesting challenges to solve
Cons
- Can be noisy - Company can sometimes be frugal around training (the collaborative environment somewhat makes up for this) - No proper cafeteria (yet, at least) - there are break rooms, some free snacks, and pre-made meals available for purchase - Old warehouse location (currently undergoing renovations) - Very little covered parking - Parking can get competitive even for uncovered spots after 7:45am
