Cons
Everything. Operations and marketing teams are the biggest failure of this company. The managers of both departments don't fully understand what it takes. They sit in their offices pretending to know but refuse to solve real issues. Instead of sharing with our competitors what our sales pipeline is why don't we focus on maintaining customers.
