Pros

Stay to yourself and you’ll be fine. It was quite a bit of drama due to ppl sleeping around with each other but if you’re not in it then no worries.

Schedule changed Frequently and could not work voluntary OT

too many to list. poor management being the main issue discriminitive work environment they will find any reason to term workers has an attendance system that serves no purpose other than to term you,, even if you are injured
