Great team spirit, perfect for people who feel comfortable on the production floor of a large factory, if you love IT operations, decent wage (in my case)

Cons

HQ is totally disconnected from reality at least for this particular location, huge turn over, stressful environment, not for deskjockeys, often a cult-like feeling from HQ, very tiring as the factory is large and requires a lot of walking to be in sync with operational needs (12 k paces a day is not uncommon) Warning : The salary and advantages are only valid for the German CWA (HQ and plants), other countries have completely different schemes and they are far from being as interesting
