Pros

Decent product. Increasing market demand in North America. Great place to be an executive if you like to drink to excess.

Cons

Lack of competent leadership is driving talent away. Engineering and technical support is lacking. There is no sales support or direction. CEO rules like a king. Webasto Thermo & Comfort NA is rudderless and adrift.

Pros

The pay was good. Kept bust most of the time. They had food trucks and dinners frequently.

Cons

Team leads never come from inside, they hire people for those jobs hence they never know what they're doing. Also, a lot of felons run the place even though "background checks are important".
