Pros

Flexible working hours, nice colleagues, cool industry. Taking into consideration the seniority of the company, it is not so bad.

Cons

Lack of management and experience. There is no clear communication. Because the main company is in Germany and that is also the client, it is pretty bad. Management is very junior and always saying yes to unrealistic KPIs. Lack of respect from the German side
