Decent product. Increasing market demand in North America. Great place to be an executive if you like to drink to excess.

Cons

Lack of competent leadership is driving talent away. Engineering and technical support is lacking. There is no sales support or direction. CEO rules like a king. Webasto Thermo & Comfort NA is rudderless and adrift.

Pros

I enjoyed the colleagues I worked with and they were very patient with you. They give you opportunity to grow in the company. The pay was okay if you didn't mind the long hours.

Cons

Couldn't have much of a life outside the job because of shifts.

They pay you and have average benefits, There really are no pros at the moment.

Cons

Management is clueless, doesn't listen to Americans, doesn't understand you can't do it like Germany. Making 10's of thousands of parts is not the same as making hundreds of thousands per year. We don't tell you things to be blown off as American idiots.
