Salary not properly connected to the responsabilities, big disparities, workloads not properly defined, no trust in the workers. The planning activities/resources is not well structured and it is left to the good will.

Great BMW support & team from within the taskforce.

Cons

Absolute shambles, entrenched senior management that have no vision or concept. HR openly supports certain 'long serving' managers that are obviously way out of there depth!
