Business Outlook
Pros
The owners/managers (owners are managers) are Excellent schemers. If you desperately want a job and have very little skills and you don't care about learning any skills, this company is for you. Job stability is the only pro I see.
Cons
A company which kills your career in the software industry. You don't learn a thing of value here. They con fresh (BE) graduates with out giving a proper Job Description and then make them work on config files and documentation. They will pay you an industry average salary and make you do twice as much work. There are a lot of people (including me) who are stuck here for a long time as we can't find any other job outside as we don't have any worthy skills.
