Pros

1. Since the company is small, access to senior management is good. 2. If you get into the Dot Net development team as a fresher, you will learn a lot.

Cons

1. They hire freshers offering them the role of a Script Engineer. Their scripts are nothing but config files (XML files). You will simply end up building new config files for their already built codes to consume. You will never learn any Programming and your career as a developer is screwed. 2. Testers are not considered human beings. They are never to sleep or eat. They have to be available to test 24/7. 2. Instead of equipping their employees with latest technologies, they purposely use out dated ones. Just to control attrition. 3. They have work for 300 people, which they try to get done from 120 odd employees. So gear up for a never ending slogathon. 4. Your designation will never indicate the work that you do. This is again their sick strategy to contain attrition. 5. This is the only company on earth where your appraisal depends on organising treks, outings etc.. If you are not into such activities, tough luck, you will loose money. I am not sure if it is even legal to link up an employee's appraisal with some thing which has nothing to do with their work. I can go on and on..

Pros

Little Flexible Timings. Good Pay if employer impress the Management - I got better Pay and I was satisfied. Friendly Team - MIST Less Work Pressure Good Challenging work. Good Improvement for the Developers in terms of implementing challenging Bussiness Logic as well as with new technologies.

Cons

1. No WFH option. they have capped it to 1 WFH per quarter. 2. Unprofessional Employees - There are few unprofessional employees who are leads, and Management doesn't care about correcting those employees even after bringing it to the notice of HR. 3. After 3 years, works get to be boring even if you are in .NET/MIST Team (so far only two Engineer deserving teams in the company). 4. No better growth for others except the teams which I mentioned above. In all other teams, no Technical skills will be improved. 5. Managers acts as boss and can even get you Fired if they are not happy with you. No proper rules.
