Pros I joined as a fresher and performed well. I was moved to teams with more challenges and today with less exp, I head one the biggest teams. I am sure, something similar wouldn't happen in big companies. I have read the above bad reviews & feel sorry for those employees who were not able to work hard and learn new things. According to me it is the employee who need to be proactive and learn new technologies instead of just getting frustrated. Webcetera has given lot of scope to people with good technical skills at all levels and has always taken good care of employees who have shown positive approach.
