1. Good perks. Smart people to work with 2. Good tech selection 3. Remote work

Cons

1. Workloads were heavy with challenging goals. I have seen coworkers under stress and overworked. 2. Having a good manager will make your experience better. It was unfortunate that I did not had a good one. My workload steadily rose, and I was highly micromanaged.
