      Pros

      I have worked for Weber Packaging Solutions for almost 6 months now and I have to say what a wonderful group of people. Being such a casual place, with such a diverse group of individuals, Weber employee's and upper management are excited to work here and in such good spirits, willing to help each other as a whole reach our company goals and objectives. The longevity that employees have here says a great deal about Webers character and loyalty to individuals that work hard. Weber is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth, being passed on from generation to generation for the 3rd time. Weber truly values hard-working individuals and great team-efforts.

      Cons

      Glassdoor requires you to put a con for each company you review. Unfortunately, I cannot think of any at this time. I would like to add a note to perspective candidates. Please do not allow any negative comments to gear you away from starting a wonderful career at Weber Packaging Solutions, Inc.       I'm very happy to learn of your experiences during the first 6 mos. I believe that too often Glassdoor does become an outlet for only negative experiences. I am an employee with longevity who's worked under the family's 3 generations. The Webers are passionate about growth; both in the business and their employees. I am proud to have made this company my career.

      Pros

      Location is central and Some of the employees or very nice. Medical insurance is decent.

      Cons

      Where to start. They treat employees as a liability instead of an asset. No communication between upper management and employees. Their attitude towards employees is "you are lucky to have a job". Constantly cutting benefits. Morale is absolutely horrible. I have seen numerous Good people get Hired on and once they find out what it is like there they leave within the first year.

      Ability to set my schedule and call on prospects face-to-face. Nice people. Provide good benefits and company car

      Cons

      Reported to 4 different people in 12 months. No strong Value Proposition. Need to allow sales reps. to sell the full turnkey solution, both applicators and labels.
