Pros

Very flexible hours for part time workers. Understanding of student needs, and will help you prioritize your time well between school and work. I love my co workers. Everyone genuinely is interested and caring about your life. It pushes you to work hard for your team. Morale is high, and people are very patient to train you and are receptive to new ideas. Management is always looking out for your best interest.

Cons

It is a temporary part time job only,I just wish there were more summer positions or more hours available.

Weber State has a variety of colleges and majors to offer. They are always looking to improve their academic offerings both in the classroom and online

Cons

The school continues to compete with other larger named instate schools such as Utah State and University of Utah. They are continually working on changing their reputation as a small regional school to a full service university
