      Fun, easily adaptable, but always professional

      Pros

      Executives really value feedback. I suggested a few process changes, they listened, discussed them, and implemented my suggestions within a week! They allow me to run my program without excessive oversight. I brief one chart a month and keep them informed about significant events as they happen. It's been great!

      Cons

      The location is not in the nicest part of town. I understand it is necessary because the company is a HUB Zone company, but it makes commuting somewhat unpleasant.

      Pros

      Learning a new industry and provided information on classes that can further help my accounting knowledge to better serve Webhead.

      Cons

      Purchase orders are not being issued. Monthly expenditures need to be processed sooner in order to meet closing deadlines. Travel not being turned in a timely manner. Don't know what other employee's roles are in order to better serve their interaction with accounting.

      Pros

      Working for Webhead is an overall good experience. If you're up to challenges and providing solutions, and your a self-motivator, with the ability to adapt to change and want to be a contributor then working for a small business is a place you can make a difference. When you leave Webhead you will definitely have a wealth of knowledge and experience in various business areas.

      Cons

      Small Businesses have the same needs as any large business, the challenge is always doing more with less. Therefore affecting work-life balance, knowing how to manage stress and the ability to foster team working environments with all different personalities is key.
