      Great atmosphere, great people

      Pros

      - Ability to work from home, flexible schedule - Lots of free food, whether it was beef fizzlin on the grill, or ice cream from a local ice cream truck - Non-stressful atmosphere, allowed employees to be comfortable and get their work done efficiently - Great people, the coworkers I worked with were knowledgeable, fun, and had a desire to learn as well as grow the company - Awesome benefits and very competitive salaries - made employees want to stay with the company

      Cons

      No real cons as much as opinions - games, nerf wars, and the fact that employees could bring dogs into work occasionally added some distractions, but thanks to the flexible schedules, it was easy to hop right back on track

      Good company but long hours

      Pros

      Good benefits offered at the onset but they don't build well over time and the hours often times get long.

      Cons

      Long hours, a lot of pressure to complete things on original timeline even when the project specs get changed.

      Many of our employees like to break up the day by taking a walk, using our gym, playing WII, or a game of pool.
