It really nice between 2019-2022. Something changed and they started to treat us like robots who had to follow strict KPIs. Also very little diversity in management. Few growth opportunities. I stayed for far too long

Great job actively being absolutely ruined by bad management

- Great Benefits - Flex Scheduling - Great team members

Cons

- Incompetent/borderline hostile management on testing teams costing many good employees - 'Do As I Say, Not As I Do' management style - Nonexistent culture on team as a result - Large change and increase in responsibilities on testing teams with no title changes/pay increases - Training to support those changes is nearly nonexistent

-Flexible-ish schedule once training is complete -Professional development opportunities/seminars for interns -Actually provide you with meaningful work, and everyone is willing to help/guide you -Great company culture, everyone is very friendly and passionate about what they do

Cons

-Usually the only intern on the team, it can be isolating if virtual -Unpaid holidays (after 60 days, benefits kick in), only observe 5 holidays a year
