Pay and vacation time are good

Cons

Management is clueless. They are never supportive. You go with concerns and they are never listened to. You have to fight just to get stuff to do your job. Specialist do not get paid more than anyone else. I have never seen this with any other company I have worked for. I came for the company culture, but have yet to see it demonstrated. Everyday that you come in there is a new thing that is thrown your way to break your spirit. You can't even go to the Employee experience person ( HR). This person is not accessible and will not help you if you find them. I used to love my job, but I am convinced that they do not want you to be happy. I am looking for new employment unless something drastic changes. It is sad because I really did buy that the culture would be great. I thought I found a good job.

Management lacks compassion. Management it not professional and clicks are evident. Management does not care about safety or the well being of employee.
