Great hours, lots of projects to work on, well-funded and strongly growing company.

Cons

As the company grows, positions are becoming more specialized and silo'd, though that is to be expected.

Great environment. Great perks. Friendly people. Friendly management. Probably the best place to work in Lancaster area.

Cons

Parking can be a pain but they have options to deal with that. And it's a result of rapid growth, which is a good thing.
