- Ability to work from home, flexible schedule - Lots of free food, whether it was beef fizzlin on the grill, or ice cream from a local ice cream truck - Non-stressful atmosphere, allowed employees to be comfortable and get their work done efficiently - Great people, the coworkers I worked with were knowledgeable, fun, and had a desire to learn as well as grow the company - Awesome benefits and very competitive salaries - made employees want to stay with the company

Cons

No real cons as much as opinions - games, nerf wars, and the fact that employees could bring dogs into work occasionally added some distractions, but thanks to the flexible schedules, it was easy to hop right back on track

Pros

Working for this company started as a job and evolved into my career. I really love Webstaurantstore and what they stand for. This is not a boring job, you are always being challenged to hit your goals or help with process improvement. They really encourage employees to have an entrepreneurial spirit and it is very exciting to see your ideas being implemented not only at your location, but sometimes company wide. This location has made many positive changes in terms of culture and training.

Cons

Not a con, but...... If you are not able to adapt to change, do not have a strong work ethic, or have poor attendance, then this is not the place for you.

Pros

The Web is a great place to work. Friendly, positive, and supportive environment. Managers invest in your professional goals and help you achieve them. Lots of perks and benefits including free lunch once a week and free gym access. I recommend applying!
