Entrepreneurial environment The opportunity to grab more responsibility was always there Excellent work life balance – many companies are lacking in this area Coworkers are talented and motivated The company is massive so from a marketing perspective you gain exposure to things SMB marketers never touch Environment – gym, really good lunches, creative office ,etc.. Job safety

Management is very open. You are encouraged to think of new ways to better your shift/operation. Very few times are you told "no".

Cons

Not a con but you must be able to adapt quickly.

Friendly co-workers, good hours, 2 weeks of training, carpool benefits, frequent free lunches, reasonable pay, internship experience, entrepreneurial spirit, free to express ideas, able to bring your dog to work

Cons

Not enough performance feedback until the very end of the internship, but overall a positive and memorable experience and a great resume builder
