      Pros

      The "Work hard, play hard" environment is great for recent post grads. Hard work is definitely recognized and rewarded by management. You gain a lot of experience quickly due to the fast paced nature of the company.

      Cons

      Certain days the workload can get overwhelming, but nothing that is impossible. You will most definitely not be bored here.
