I think you are angry about our mobile phone policy. This is a decision taken by management for security reasons. Smart phones have the capability of a computer and process a security risk inside the office. Mobile phones are restricted within the office. However you may use your mobile phone outside the office anytime. Many IT companies have similar phone policies. Regarding benefits, WebTech provides daily Tiffin allowance, company holidays, paid vacation leaves and full medical insurance coverage for employees.
