Pros

Really fun team and company culture. I enjoyed solving problems with people there, and everyone there was quite talented but also quite humble—which was really important.

Cons

Company leadership was lacking. Wasn't a clear direction of vision or what it was we were building.

Pros

Radical Respect + Honesty = Trust is one of the core value at Weebly. I haven't been working at a lot of startups/businesses that were enforcing this value as much as Weeboy do here. Also, as a non-American worker here in the US, Weebly has been more than helpful in the immigration process and everything around it, which was a big plus for them. Happy hours, social events, awesome perks... Weebly is doing a great job at having an entertained environment.

Cons

Weebly has been growing really fast for the past couple years, that said, some fundamental things haven't followed along the way. Fortunately, it's getting way better. Managers are getting more training, task forces have been created to address important issues in the company. Far from being the perfect company, Weebly has been improving on multiple aspects in the past few years, and more importantly in the past year, which demonstrates a desire to grow and address problems.
